If you continue to browse and use this Website and/or purchase any of our titles (“Titles”) you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy & Security Policy govern innersense LLP’s relationship with you in relation to this Website and the sale of our Titles (“Terms and Conditions”).

We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted here. Should you continue to use the Website and/or purchase any Title after changes have been posted here, you will be deemed to have accepted them.

The Website will be made available to you free of charge in consideration of your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

The term “innervision” or “innersense LLP” or “us’”or “we” refers to the owner of the Website whose registered office is Tavistock House, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LQ Tel No:08456808602. Our company registration number is OC343505 (England and Wales) and our VAT registered Number is 948 3452 93. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our Website and the purchaser of any Title.

Payment

You may pay for your Title using the following methods:

Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo and PayPal. All transactions are processed in £ Sterling. RBS WorldPay process payments for the Website through their secure site. We are confident that the security measures put in place to ensure your card number is encrypted allow you total confidence to buy without risk. Please refer to the Privacy & Security Policy for further information.

VAT and Import Taxes

All prices are inclusive of British sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. You may be charged a tax or duty at the port of entry to your country and this sum is your responsibility to pay. We are not able to advise you of what these charges might be since they vary from country to country.

If you are purchasing from within the EEC, you must pay the British sales tax as included in the purchase prices listed (currently at 15%).

Delivery

Orders placed before 12 noon on weekdays may be delivered to a mainland UK address the next working day for an additional cost (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not considered working days) for this service please select CityLink Overnight Delivery during checkout. Orders to a mainland UK address can be delivered via 1st Class, Special Delivery or CityLink Overnight Delivery and the charge is calculated according to your order prior to confirming the order. Orders worldwide are delivered via DHL.

Your order will be processed upon receipt during regular working hours. Providing all items are in stock, delivery to mainland UK will be between three and five working days from dispatch, if yous elect 1st Class Royal Mail shipping. Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified at point of order (with a due date specified against the relevant product). We closely monitor stock and this is highly unlikely to happen. If there is a further delay you will be notified by mail or email.

Returns and Refunds

We make every effort to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and reach you in good condition. In the rare case of faulty (physical) goods please return the complete item to us within 10 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange them.

If you wish to return a physical Title (such as a CD) for a refund, then please send it back in its original packaging, with the seal unbroken and in saleable condition within 10 days of receipt and we will arrange a full refund. Titles returned for a refund will be credited back in the manner that you paid for them and are processed as soon as possible, generally within 10 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that postage and packing and returns postage are direct costs and cannot be refunded. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any returns that get lost in the post.

Due to the nature of downloads, we cannot offer a refund on any downloaded Title in any circumstances.  However, if you experience any problems when downloading a Title, please contact us at or 0845 680 8602 and we will be happy to assist you.

Consequential Loss

innersense LLP shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way included but not limited to:

A. your use of the Website or any software or materials provided on or downloaded from the Website;

B. any computer virus transmitted through the Website;

C. your inability to use the Website at any time and any error in the provision of the Website;

D. any delay in or failure of the transmission or the receipt of any instructions or notification sent through this Website;

E. your use of e-mail communications to contact or instruct us (including, without limitation, any delay in our receipt or confirmation of such a communication, any interception of or changes to such a communication and any reasonable delay in acting on such a communication);

F. your use of and/or reliance on other internet sites to which you have gained access by means of hyperlinks published on the Website;

G. any inaccurate information or opinions published on the Website or your reliance thereon.

H. Nothing in these or any other terms and conditions governing your use of the Website shall operate to exclude or restrict our liability where such liability may not be limited or excluded by law.

Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
