Generally I don’t have problems sleeping, but like many I go through phases when stress, busy periods and general ‘things on my mind’ mean that I’m up pacing round the house until the early hours. Recently I have been in one of these phases. A friend of mine lent me a copy of this CD, which naturally I didn’t listen to straight away. When finally I was at my wits-end I gave it a try and despite my initial skepticism it worked. The last few nights have been as restful as ever.

I’m going to give it to my mother in law to try (no, don’t laugh) as she often suffers with insomnia, and has done for years. We’ll see if it helps her like it seems to have helped me.

Who knows if it works because it works, or it works because you THINK it works – all I know is that I’m rested now after a few good nights sleep, and I was exhausted last week.

If you suffer from insomnia, I can only suggest that you give this a try.

Good information, thanks for posting that. I have bookmarked your site and will come back to see what else you have to say. Just getting to sleep is so challenging for me that the more information I have the better: there are so many ideas and people to learn from. I am looking forward to coming back and learning some more to help make a difference to my insomnia and improve my life. thankyou David
